About Leonard

After 30 years of owning small niche businesses; marketing, advertising and public relations companies, a bed and breakfast, custom jewelry and antique stores, flipping residentual and commercial properties, and reiventing myself as a concierge, survelliance investigator, I took a brief pause.  I decided to become a full-time real estate agent and it was the best decision I have ever made as it fit my career development skill sets to perfection. After 12 successful years, I have worked with countless buyers, sellers and investors, earning many company and association awards along the way. My playbook is simple, I go above and beyond, listen to my clients, do the required due diligence and treat everyone the same. I help sellers by creating engaging print and video on social and traditional media, decluttering and staging homes, suggesting renovations or minor tweaks that increase their return on investment. When I work with buyers, I meet to understand their needs and goals and guide them thru the entire process. I love to sell, am a skilled negotiator, have keen observational skills and attention to detail. My only regret is that I waited so long to become I full time real estate agent.
